Ohio’s Community Mercy Hospice is a service of Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton® and is supported by the Hospice of Dayton Foundation, a sole-supporting 50l(c)3 organization formed to help secure funding for patient services and support, and grief support programs in the communities we serve.
